The short version. B3TRLIFE collects only what the app needs to work for you: your name, email, and the supplements you track. Your data lives in an encrypted database under your account. We never sell your information to third parties. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from inside the app.
B3TRLIFE (the “app”) is built and operated by Hummingbird Digital Media LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). This Privacy Policy explains what we collect when you use B3TRLIFE, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over your information.
We collect only the data necessary to run the core features of B3TRLIFE. You can use the app in Guest Mode with data stored only on your device — in that case, nothing is sent to our servers at all.
Signed-in users’ data is stored in Supabase, a managed database service operated by Supabase Inc., with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Every account is protected by row-level security so you can only access your own records.
When you use Guest Mode, your data is kept locally on your device only and never leaves your phone.
When you choose Sign in with Apple, Apple may share your name and a verified email address (either your real email or a private relay address). We use this only to create and secure your B3TRLIFE account. We never receive your Apple ID or password.
B3TRLIFE’s Shop and Encyclopedia screens include affiliate links to Amazon products under the tag b3trlife-20. If you buy a product after tapping one of these links, Amazon pays us a small commission at no extra cost to you.
Tapping a link opens Amazon’s website or app; at that point you are subject to Amazon’s own privacy policy. We do not see your Amazon account information or purchase history.
We do not sell your data to third parties. Full stop.
We share limited data only with the service providers that make B3TRLIFE work:
We may also disclose data when required by law, to protect our legal rights, or to prevent fraud or harm.
You can view your data at any time inside the app. If you’d like a machine-readable export, email us at support@b3trlife.com.
You can delete your B3TRLIFE account and all associated data directly from Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and irreversible. You may also email us to request deletion.
You can edit your name, goals, and schedule inside the app at any time.
Turn off any category of notification (supplement reminders, streak alerts, weekly summary) from Profile → Settings → Notifications.
We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, all associated records are removed from our database within 30 days. Anonymous crash diagnostics may be retained for up to 90 days for debugging, with no link back to your identity.
We use industry-standard safeguards — TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest, row-level security on every database row, and server-side secrets management for third-party API keys. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and keep your device up to date.
B3TRLIFE is not directed to children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If we learn that we have done so, we will delete that information promptly.
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the app or in the law. If the changes are material, we will notify you inside the app before they take effect. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page always shows the most recent version.
