Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the B3TRLIFE mobile application and related services (together, the “Service”), operated by Hummingbird Digital Media LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By downloading, installing, creating an account, or otherwise using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use B3TRLIFE. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

2. Description of service

B3TRLIFE helps you track natural-health supplements, build consistent daily habits, and explore an educational encyclopedia of supplements and ambient audio sessions. The Service includes:

• A personal supplement schedule and streak tracker.
• An encyclopedia of supplement information for educational purposes.
• Audio healing sessions in the Sanctuary library.
• A curated shop featuring Amazon affiliate links to recommended products.
• Optional account sync across devices and an optional paid “B3TR Pro” tier.

We continually update the Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time.

3. User accounts and responsibilities

Creating an account

You can use B3TRLIFE without an account in Guest Mode. If you sign in — using Sign in with Apple or email — you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.

Accuracy of information

You agree to provide accurate information (like your name and email) when you sign up. You may edit or delete your profile at any time from inside the app.

One account per person

Please don’t create multiple free accounts to evade feature limits or trial offers. If we see obvious abuse we may suspend the accounts involved.

4. Subscription and billing (B3TR Pro)

What Pro includes

B3TR Pro unlocks additional features such as unlimited supplement tracking, the full Sanctuary library, the AI supplement advisor, streak freezes, and other benefits listed inside the app. Specific features may change from time to time.

Pricing and billing

Pro is offered at $14.99 per month or $119.99 per year (prices may vary by region). All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are governed by Apple’s terms. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.

Free trial

If a free trial is offered at purchase, you will not be charged until the trial ends. You can cancel during the trial to avoid being charged.

Managing and cancelling your subscription

Subscriptions are managed in your Apple ID settings: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → B3TRLIFE. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period. We do not issue refunds for partial subscription periods except where required by law.

5. Amazon affiliate disclosure

B3TRLIFE participates in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by linking to Amazon.com. Product links in the Shop and Encyclopedia use the tag b3trlife-20. If you make a purchase through one of these links, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you.

We only link to products we genuinely believe in, but we do not manufacture, sell, or guarantee any third-party product. Once you leave the app for Amazon, your purchase is subject to Amazon’s own terms.

7. Intellectual property

The Service — including the B3TRLIFE name, logo, design, encyclopedia content, Sanctuary audio selections and packaging, source code, and all other original material — is owned by Hummingbird Digital Media LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written permission.

Third-party material (such as product images served from Amazon and CC0 ambient audio tracks) remains the property of its respective owners and is used under applicable licenses.

8. Prohibited uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates a law or regulation.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from the app.
• Scrape, mirror, or republish encyclopedia content or other app data without permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts or to our systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or the servers that host it.
• Use the Service to harass, threaten, or deceive any person.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any part of the Service.
• Use automated means (bots, crawlers) to access the Service, except for publicly allowed endpoints.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account.

9. Termination

You can stop using B3TRLIFE at any time by deleting your account from Profile → Settings → Delete Account, or by uninstalling the app. Deletion removes your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service — with or without notice — if you breach these Terms, abuse the Service, or create legal risk for us. If we terminate a paid subscription for cause (such as fraud or Terms violation), we are not obligated to refund any fees already charged.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy of content. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hummingbird Digital Media LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, personal injury, or health outcomes — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In those cases, our liability is limited to the smallest extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Hummingbird Digital Media LLC from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You and Hummingbird Digital Media LLC agree that the exclusive venue for any claim not subject to informal resolution will be the state or federal courts located in Ada County, Idaho, and both parties consent to personal jurisdiction there.

Before filing a claim, you agree to first contact us at support@b3trlife.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will notify you inside the app or by email before the changes take effect. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page always shows the most recent version. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Hummingbird Digital Media LLC regarding the Service. If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign them freely.
