In the app: More → Profile → Contact support.
If you're thinking about harming yourself or you're in danger, call or text 988 (US) or call 911. B3TRLIFE support isn't monitored around the clock.
No. B3TRLIFE helps you keep track of your supplements and shares general information. It does not diagnose or treat anything. Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before starting a supplement, especially if you take medication, are pregnant or have a health condition.
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose B3TRLIFE. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Open More → Profile and tap Restore Purchases, using the same Apple ID you bought it with. This also works on a new iPhone.
Apple handles refunds for App Store purchases. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
Check that notifications are allowed in iPhone Settings → Notifications → B3TRLIFE, and that reminders are on in More → Profile. Reminders are set a couple of weeks ahead, so open the app now and then to keep them coming.
Sign in with the same account on the new phone (or after reinstalling the app) and these come back:
These stay on the old phone and don't carry over:
Open More → Profile → Delete account and type DELETE to confirm. This removes your account and your data from our servers. If you have a subscription, cancel it in iPhone Settings as well (see above).
Only if you allow it, B3TRLIFE reads your sleep, steps and resting heart rate. It uses them for your journal, for your supplement-and-wellness patterns, and in a Doctor Report if you make one. It never writes to Apple Health. Your Apple Health data stays on your iPhone: it is never sent to our servers, and it leaves your phone only if you share a Doctor Report yourself. To stop it, open iPhone Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → B3TRLIFE and turn access off.
